Products & Print-to-Order Production
All items are produced on a print-to-order basis. Once an order is placed, designs are sent directly to production and cannot be cancelled, changed, or modified.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Due to variations in screens, materials, and printing processes, minor differences in colour, placement, or sizing may occur.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in AUD (Australian Dollars) and may be updated without prior notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected or if a payment is unsuccessful.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location, seasonal delays, courier issues, or production time.
We are not responsible for delays caused by external carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Once an item has been shipped, tracking details will be provided (where available).
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges, as products are made to order.
However, under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order.

Photo evidence of the issue, and/or
The item to be returned for assessment
Refunds or replacements will be processed once the item has been inspected and approved.
Return postage may be reimbursed if the product fault is confirmed.
We are not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping, so we recommend using tracked delivery.
